Fix Action is a managed security and software firm. We keep small and mid-sized businesses running and protected around the clock, and we build the custom software they depend on. The people who sell the work are the people who deliver it.
Why we exist
Most businesses don't have an IT team. We are theirs.
Most companies our clients' size grew their technology piecemeal — set up by different people, at different times, with nobody taking a holistic look. It usually works, right up until it doesn't.
We close that gap. We watch the systems, patch them, back them up, and respond when something breaks — on a clock we publish and measure ourselves against. And because we're engineers, when you need new software built, we build it.
